We were contracted for the demolition of an empty mall in New Jersey. First, the building was stripped of roofing and siding, the steel frame was selectively trimmed and cut with torches to weaken the structure. Once on the ground the remainder of the steel frame was dismantled and downsized with excavator shears and recycled.
